Semarang City Government, dated February 26, 1999 updated on May 15, 2004, regarding development of the City of Semarang and Development NGOs.

Kitakyushu International Techno-Cooperative Association Environmental Cooperation Center (WE-EEC), Japan, November 24, 1998, regarding the Sustainable Urban Development and Environmental Management.

National institutions: KEHATI, PUSTEKLIM, JPL, KAIL Bandung, USC Presently, Bali Fokus, LPTP, etc.
